Job Overview:
The School Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the school, increase admissions, and enhance the school's brand image in the community. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and proven experience in marketing and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute the annual marketing and branding plan.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, Google Ads).
Collaborate with graphic designers and vendors for brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
Admissions Support
Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Organize school tours, orientation sessions, and open house events for prospective parents.
Track and analyze admissions data to refine strategies.
Community Engagement
Build partnerships with local organizations, preschools, and educational consultants.
Coordinate participation in community events, education fairs, and exhibitions.
Online Presence
Manage and regularly update the school website and social media platforms.
Monitor online reputation and respond to reviews or inquiries promptly.
Internal Communication
Work with academic and admin teams to highlight school achievements and activities through newsletters and updates.
Document school events for promotional use (photos/videos/write-ups).
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing; experience in the education sector is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, Google Workspace, Canva, CRM software, etc.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Additional Information:
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Remuneration: As per industry standards and experience
Joining: Immediate or within notice period
