Role Overview

• We are looking for a passionate, data-driven, and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager. You will be deeply involved in, or even lead, the user growth and brand building for one of our core Rummy game products. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will leverage your analytical skills and creativity to directly drive business growth.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive user growth and marketing strategies to achieve user acquisition, engagement, and revenue targets.

• Marketing Campaign Management: Plan and manage online/offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and tournament events to continuously enhance user engagement and brand influence.

• Digital Marketing & Channel Optimization: Lead strategy and execution across digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, content, KOL, SEM, performance advertising), continuously optimizing for Customer Acquisition Cost and Lifetime Value.

• Market & User Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior data to generate insights that inform product iteration and marketing decisions.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and motivate the marketing team. Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure a unified user experience and the achievement of business goals.
