Business Development Manager Wanted for Healthcare Agency
We are a leading ESIC claim settlement company and medical benefit consultant seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Expand Customer Base: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to reach potential clients.
- Awareness Initiatives: Organize meetings, seminars, and workshops to educate clients about our services.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Close leads, register new cases, and ensure timely realization of reimbursements for insurance claim settlements.
- Case Management: Coordinate with clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case closure.
- Independent Decision-Making: Take ownership of client relationships, communicate effectively, and make informed decisions.
- Field Visits: Conduct local, intercity, and interstate visits to clients as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, medical insurance, and claim settlement.
- Strong understanding of ESIC regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams.
- Strong digital marketing skills and experience with CRM tools.
