YouTube & Social Media Executive
📍 Location: Goregaon West
💼 Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Script writing for YouTube videos & Shorts
Managing end-to-end video publishing (uploads, scheduling, optimization)
Optimizing metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) for SEO
Conducting keyword research & using trending hashtags strategically
Planning and executing content calendars for consistent growth
Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content strategy
Staying updated with platform trends, algorithms & viral formats
Coordinating closely with video editors for smooth content execution
Ensuring compliance with platform policies, copyright & guidelines
Managing basic audience engagement (comments, responses, community)

Requirements:

Strong understanding of YouTube & social media platforms
Creative mindset with a sense of viral/trending content
Basic knowledge of analytics tools and SEO
Good communication & coordination skills
