
Job Profile
You’ll be the engine behind Under 25’s brand presence across website/SEO, LinkedIn/PR/founder branding, brand campaigns, and brand market research. You’ll turn clear briefs into sharp pages, posts, and launches—keeping voice, visuals, and experience consistent everywhere. Writing well is a big plus.
What You’ll Own
A) Brand Foundations
● Keep voice, tone, and visual identity consistent across website, social, email, and partner assets.
● Maintain the brand kit/brand book (logos, templates, boilerplates, copy standards).
● Translate personas, targeting, positioning, and message hierarchy into usable creative briefs.
B) Website + SEO (single ownership)
● Build and Run the site/content calendar: page refreshes, landing pages, announcement pages.
C) LinkedIn, PR & Founder Branding
● Manage the Under 25 LinkedIn page (calendar, drafting posts, packaging wins, case notes).
● Support founder/leadership branding: ghostwrite/update posts, milestone threads, and talk-track notes.
● Coordinate PR: keep a press kit (logo, boilerplate, bios, product shots), share quotes/assets, and manage approvals with agency partners.
D) Brand Campaigns (build & ship)
● Support marketing on larger brand moments (launches, partnerships, announcements, hiring pushes).
● Turn briefs into timelines + deliverables + review checkpoints; coordinate design, content, creators, and dev.
● Prepare final assets for web/social/email; ensure copy accuracy, visual fit, links, and credits at go-live.
E) Brand Market Research
● Run market research: audience polls/surveys, competitive scans, cultural trendboards.
● Synthesize into insight notes that sharpen targeting, messaging, and content formats.
