Key Responsibilities

Lead high-value institutional sales & government-level discussions

Engage and convert 5-star hotels like Taj, ITC, Marriott, Hyatt, Le Meridien

Approach major hospital networks such as AIIMS, Apollo, Max, Fortis, Medanta, etc.

Expand doorstep waste-processing service model across hospitality clusters

Identify high-volume food waste zones & convert into long-term clients

Build multi-state dealership and franchise network

Manage service partners for doorstep processing units

Handle pricing discussions & commercial negotiations

Maintain corporate relationships for multi-units / repeat orders

Monthly Performance Expectation

3 machine/service conversions per month

Visible pipeline across hotels & hospitals

Quarterly: 2–3 dealer/franchise partnerships

Preferred Background

Waste management / composting systems / food-waste solutions

Hotel or hospital B2B industrial product sales

GeM/B2G exposure preferred
