Key Responsibilities
• Front Desk Management
• Welcome visitors and guests professionally.
• Offer refreshments (tea/coffee) and inform concerned employees.
• Always maintain a polite and professional tone.
2. Courier & Dispatch Management
• Record all incoming courier packets accurately in an Excel tracking sheet.
• Monitor all AWB numbers daily until shipment pickup is completed.
• Share tracking details with customers within 1 day of dispatch.
• Inform customers when shipments are in transit and delivered.
3. Website & Customer Support
• Handle website-related calls regarding dispatch, returns, and shipment guidance.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers.
4. Pickup & Logistics Coordination
• Ensure timely pickup of shipments.
• Coordinate with courier partners and staff.
• Book shipments via Porter app as per requirement.
• Handle urgent shipments through ShipRocket when needed.
5. Customer Call Handling
• Manage calls related to pickup, dispatch, courier coordination, and Porter bookings. • Ensure resolution within 1 hour.
6. Maintenance Coordination
• Coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Follow up daily on pending issues.
• Send reminders for delays and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records of maintenance discussions and updates.
7. Discipline
• Maintain punctuality with 100% on-time presence. Required Skills & Competencies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to multitask and coordinate
• Customer service orientation
• Time management and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate or equivalent
• Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive preferred.
