Job Description

Understand the business plan and expected outcomes from Marketing function

Plan an annual strategy to achieve the outcomes along with the budget required to do so

Prepare an annual marketing plan (including digital as well as offline - field marketing) and submit for

Educate the digital marketing team for social media posts and their content intent

Maintain brand pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp Business).

reviews and Post daily/weekly content - for product showcases, styling tips, customer testimonials,

Create Reels & Stories (behind-the-scenes of craftsmanship, new arrivals, festive shoots)

Run Online Campaigns

Coordinate for videos / shoots /

Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and WhatsApp inquiries.

Content Creation:

Plan a monthly content calendar around festivals, weddings, store events, new launches.

Arrange product shoots (model shoots, flat lays, videos, live try-ons).

Create educational content (e.g., “Difference between 18k & 22k gold”, “How to style temple jewellery

Work with graphic designers/agencies for creatives and ads.

Paid Ads & Promotions:

Run targeted ads on Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google, and YouTube.

Update website regularly with new designs, festive collections, promotions.

Ensure SEO-friendly product descriptions (keywords like “bridal gold jewellery in [city]”).

Run Google Analytics to monitor traffic & conversions.

Influencer & Community Marketing

Partner with local influencers / fashion bloggers for try-ons and promotions

Invite influencers to store events and launch previews.

Continuous Engagement

Manage email marketing & WhatsApp campaigns (festive greetings, new arrivals, loyalty offers).

Events & Promotions

Organize exclusive previews of new collections for VIP customers.

Host festive & bridal jewellery shows (store-based or in banquet halls).

Local Area Marketing (LAM)
