Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Head with 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns for travel and tourism services.

• Manage social media presence and run targeted ads to attract potential travelers.

• Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and travel trends.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports for improvement.

• Build partnerships with influencers, travel bloggers, and relevant platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of proven experience in travel and tourism marketing.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns).

• Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Knowledge of current travel trends and customer behavior is a plus.
