Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø    Formulate appropriate Marketing strategy for the Hospital.

Ø    Plan promotional campaigns in societies, schools, colleges, clubs, corporates, etc.

Ø    Identify appropriate clinical markets and devise effective plans to reach them by generating innovative marketing ideas.

Ø    Prepare a road map of the areas which will be covered.

Ø    Have a deep understanding of the various packages across specialities so that they can be explained to the target audience (both doctors and patients).

Ø    Foster relationships with physicians to improve Hospital’s referrals and contracts.

Ø    Select the right campaign design that catches customers' (patients) eyes, meet campaign deadlines and optimize budget funding.  

Ø    To ensure advertising initiatives are meeting targeted goals.  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing field.
