Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies (ATL & BTL) to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
• Plan and oversee offline campaigns including hoardings, banners, activations, and outdoor promotions.
• Lead creative ideation and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
• Handle media agencies, creative agencies, and design teams for campaign execution.
• Oversee design and development of marketing collaterals, advertisements, and brand creatives.
• Drive strategic planning for brand positioning and market penetration.
• Manage purchase/vendor negotiations for cost-effective procurement of marketing materials.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to shape marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and senior leadership for integrated planning.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in marketing with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in ATL & BTL marketing strategies and execution.
• Strong knowledge of media handling, outdoor advertising, and agency coordination.
• Experience in purchase/vendor management for marketing requirements.
• Excellent strategic planning, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
