Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute field marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

• Represent SkillTyro at educational institutions, job fairs, healthcare centers, and events across Telangana.

• Engage with students, institutions, and potential partners to promote healthcare training programs.

• Collect leads and feedback during field activities, ensuring accurate data reporting to the Marketing and Sales teams.

• Support the sales team in achieving enrolment and partnership targets through marketing initiatives.

• Identify new marketing opportunities and suggest creative outreach strategies.

• Maintain strong communication with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly field activity reports to the Marketing Manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, brand promotions, or similar roles preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public-speaking skills.

• Energetic, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Telangana.

• Passionate about building brand presence and driving organizational growth.
