Primary Objective
To onboard supermarkets & cafés, generate monthly billing, ensure reorder cycles, and drive retail sell-through performance.
Core Responsibilities
Retail Acquisition
Identify potential supermarkets, kirana stores, organic stores, cafés
Meet store owners/purchase managers
Pitch product & close onboarding
Collect first purchase order
Submit retailer onboarding documents
10–15 new stores onboarded per month
Order Generation
Take repeat orders
Maintain reorder cycle (every 20–30 days)
Upsell new SKUs
Minimum ₹1,00,000 billing per month
Reorder rate >70%
Retail Relationship Management
Ensure product visibility
Check stock levels
Prevent expiry
Collect retailer feedback
Stock-out <5%
Expiry returns <3%
