· Collect market information: Use surveys, questionnaires, phone calls, online tools, and research reports to gather information about customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
· Study competitors: Find out what competitors are offering, their pricing, and how they market their products.
· Analyze data: Organize and study the collected data to find useful patterns and insights.
· Prepare reports: Create clear reports, charts, and presentations to explain the research results to managers and teams.
· Identify opportunities: Suggest new markets, products, or strategies that can help the company grow.
· Work with teams: Support the marketing and sales teams with data and insights so they can plan campaigns and reach the right audience.
· Track trends: Keep an eye on industry news, customer behavior changes, and new technologies that might affect the business.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
· Basic knowledge of market research methods (surveys, focus groups, competitor analysis, etc.).
· Good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other research/analysis tools.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to explain complex data in a simple way.
· Curiosity and interest in understanding people, products, and markets.
· Calling clients: Communicate with clients directly to collect feedback and understand their requirements.
