Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Acquire new commercial, industrial, and institutional projects and accounts by cultivating relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies
Client Management: Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and generate repeat business.
Lead Generation: Develop sales leads, qualify prospects, and conduct sales calls to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Technical Expertise: Perform heat load calculations for HVAC system requirements, offer consultative sales solutions tailored to each customer, and suggest energy-saving solutions like Energy Efficient EC Fan.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose, and close contracts at competitive margins to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
Familiarity with energy conservation principles
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
