Job Description

The Sales Head will lead the agency’s sales function, driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and innovative offline advertising solutions. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of media sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.

    • Identify new business opportunities in offline advertising (print, outdoor, events, activations).

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brands, and agencies.

    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.

  • Team Leadership

    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.

    • Set clear targets and monitor performance to ensure achievement of sales objectives.

  • Market Analysis & Growth

    • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

    • Provide insights to management for product/service innovation.

  • Revenue & Reporting

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

📚 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising/media.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
