The Sales Head will lead the agency’s sales function, driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and innovative offline advertising solutions. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of media sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify new business opportunities in offline advertising (print, outdoor, events, activations).
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brands, and agencies.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
Set clear targets and monitor performance to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Market Analysis & Growth
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights to management for product/service innovation.
Revenue & Reporting
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising/media.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for advertising.
Strong network within FMCG, retail, real estate, and other advertising-heavy industries.
