Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services

  • Explain offerings clearly and generate leads or appointments

  • Follow up with interested prospects via calls, emails, or WhatsApp

  • Maintain and update calling data and lead records

  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead closures

  • Maintain professional communication with clients at all times

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & Marathi, English)

  • Confidence to speak with new people over calls

  • Willingness to learn sales and marketing basics

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)

Preferred Candidate:

  • Fresher looking to start a career in marketing or sales

  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups

  • Immediate joiners preferred
