Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at ATZ Properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects, generate quality leads, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities for various real estate projects.

• Conduct field marketing in Marathahalli and Varthur areas to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.

• Manage events, property exhibitions, and client visits.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.

• Support digital marketing and social media promotional campaigns.

• Prepare periodic marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

• Good knowledge of real estate marketing strategies

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)

Minimum 10–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
