Position: Restaurant Manager

Experience Required: 2–5 years of managerial experience, with a strong background in banquet sales

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent service standards.

Drive banquet sales, build client relationships, and manage events end-to-end.

Lead and motivate the restaurant team for optimal performance.

Monitor inventory, costs, and compliance with safety regulations.

Foster a guest-oriented environment, resolving queries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in hospitality or F&B sector.

Proven track record in banquet/event sales is a must.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
