Role Summary
The Lead Conversion Specialist is responsible for engaging with incoming leads, nurturing them, and converting them into potential customers. The role also includes guiding team members to ensure consistent lead management and improved conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities
Nurture and convert warm leads through timely follow-ups.
Share accurate product/service information and handle basic objections.
Build trust and maintain professional communication with prospects.
Lead and guide team members to achieve overall conversion targets.
Coordinate for smooth handover of qualified leads.
