Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Operate drilling machines (manual or CNC) for producing holes in metal or other materials.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

Set up and align workpieces on the drill press using clamps, jigs, and fixtures.

Adjust machine settings such as speed, feed rate, and depth of the drill.

Select and install the correct drill bits or tooling as per material type.

Inspect drilled components using measuring tools (calipers, gauges) to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of drilling machines.

Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Record production data and report any malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
