Assistant Production Manager

The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard. This role involves managing resources, monitoring production schedules, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities and schedules.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines.

• Manage raw materials, equipment, and labor to optimize output.

• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

• Maintain production reports and documentation.

• Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, supply chain, and other departments.

• Train and guide production staff to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Support implementation of lean manufacturing practices and process improvements.
