Post - VMC Operator.

Experience - Minimum 2 years of Experience

Required skills - Tool setting, job setting and program offset adjustments.

Place of Work :Kolkata

Duty time - 12 hours (rotating shift - day & night weekly) but production calculation will be done for 10 hours only.

Salary - 18000 - 28000 per month depending upon experience.

Responsibility:

• Operate and set up Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines as per production drawings and specifications.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs.

• Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and machine calibration to ensure precision machining.

• Monitor machining operations, inspect finished components, and maintain quality standards.

• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets and minimize downtime.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
