Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise day-to-day activities of employees at the site.

2. Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.

3. Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and shift management.

4. Coordinate manpower supply based on project/site requirements.

5. Maintain daily employee records (attendance, deployment, etc.).

6. Liaise with labor contractors for timely manpower supply.

7. Act as a communication bridge between employee and management.

8. Assist in onboarding new employee (ID cards, rules briefing, etc.).

9. Ensure smooth coordination between employee and superiors.

Requirements:

• Experience in labor supervision preferred.

• Good communication in Telugu/Hindi.

• Responsible and people-friendly attitude.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

• Flexible with site timings and travel.
