Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Implement and monitor elevator-specific Quality Management Systems.

▪ Ensure compliance with elevator safety codes, electrical norms, and statutory requirements.

▪ Conduct quality inspections for materials, installation, and commissioning.

▪ Drive RCA and CAPA for elevator-related defects and non-conformances.

▪ Audit elevator vendors and suppliers.

▪ Support installation teams through site quality inspections.

▪ Handle customer quality complaints and statutory inspections.

▪ Train teams on elevator quality and safety standards.

Standard Protocols & Behavioral Expectations:

▪ Adherence to company Code of Conduct and safety protocols.

▪ Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

▪ Follow structured documentation and escalation processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

▪ BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

▪ 6–10 years of quality experience strictly in the Elevator Industry

▪ Candidates from non-elevator industries will not be considered
