Job location- Bengaluru (Onsite), This is an offline job with 6 days working

Qualification - Bachelor's degree

CTC - ₹50,000 per month (₹6 Lakh Annual CTC)

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our factory, Bengaluru.
The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, workforce management, production supervision, quality control, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth and timely completion of production targets.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in factory/manufacturing operations, with strong hands-on experience in managing factory workers and daily production activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and monitor daily and monthly production schedules.
Supervise day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Monitor production targets, productivity and timelines.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Production and Management teams.
Monitor raw materials, production materials and finished goods.
Identify production delays, wastage and operational issues and take corrective action.
Maintain discipline and proper working practices among factory staff.
Ensure machinery, equipment and other factory resources are properly utilized.
Monitor housekeeping, safety and cleanliness within the factory premises.
Maintain daily production and manpower records and provide regular reports to management.
Handle and resolve day-to-day operational and workforce-related issues.
Implement processes to improve productivity, reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
