We are looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and ensure high-quality service across multiple residential properties.

Job Summary

The Senior Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance requests. The role requires strong technical knowledge, field management experience, and the ability to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across assigned residential properties.

• Review, prioritize, and assign maintenance requests based on urgency.

• Coordinate with vendors and monitor the quality of work.

• Conduct regular site visits and property inspections.

• Verify work completion and approve service reports.

• Monitor repair costs, material usage, and vendor performance.

• Identify recurring maintenance issues and implement preventive solutions.

• Handle tenant and internal team escalations professionally.

• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.

• Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field (preferred).

• 3–6 years of experience in property maintenance, facility management, construction supervision, or real estate operations.

• Strong knowledge of civil, plumbing, electrical, painting, and finishing works.

• Experience in vendor management and cost control.

• Ability to manage multiple properties and field operations efficiently.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable with frequent field visits across Bangalore.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
