Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer with a Diploma in Engineering to join our manufacturing and production team. The QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will conduct inspections at various stages of production, perform measurements using standard QC tools, and document results accurately. You will assist in identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and recommending corrective actions to improve process efficiency and product reliability. The position also involves maintaining inspection records, preparing quality reports, and supporting audits as required.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, basic knowledge of quality systems (such as ISO standards), and the ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications. Familiarity with instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring devices is essential.

The QC Engineer will collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and design teams to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality protocols. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are important for success in this role.
