Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team Khanjan Ice Cream.

The role involves

• Strong knowledge of ice cream plant processes (mixing, homogenizing, pasteurizing, ageing, freezing, filling).

• Ability to manage large teams and multiple departments.

• Understanding of production planning, maintenance, and quality systems.

• Knowledge of food safety standards (ISO 22000 / HACCP / GMP / FSSAI).

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills

The qualification for this role is well experience in Food / Dairy / Ice Cream Manufacturing Plant with minimum 3–5 years in managerial role.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
