About the Role:

As an SMT Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing machinery, assembling components, and maintaining high-quality production standards. This role offers a competitive in-hand salary and an opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing and essential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor SMT and related manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, inspect, and pack products according to company standards

• Maintain production records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

• Adhere to all safety and quality protocols

• Work collaboratively with teams on tool enhancements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Degree in Electronics or Prior Experience in EMS.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as an SMT LINE operator

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

• Good physical stamina and willingness to work in a production environment

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
