Job Description

Unimaple Modutech Pvt. Ltd., a leading modular furniture manufacturer, is looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in managing inquiries, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless execution of the sales process. Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, and providing necessary support.

Back Office Sales Support Executive :

Prepare and send quotations, Proforma invoices, and other required documentation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
Coordinate between the sales team, design department, and production team to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and share detailed terms and conditions with clients to avoid future discrepancies.
Manage and organize back-office tasks to support the efficiency of the sales team.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
