Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machines to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.

Operate machinery to manufacture products in compliance with quality standards.

Monitor machine performance, identify irregularities, and make adjustments as needed.

Conduct routine checks to ensure proper machine functioning and minimize downtime.

Perform basic preventive maintenance and report any major malfunctions to the supervisor.

Maintain accurate production records and complete daily reports.

Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Ensure work area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma, ITI, or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.

Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.
