Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to operate and maintain Paper Handle Bag Machines at our Panvel facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bag-making machinery, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain paper handle bag making machines

• Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements

• Perform regular quality checks to ensure bags meet company standards

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed

• Monitor raw materials and ensure consistent machine feeding

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the machine area

• Report production output and downtime as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience operating paper bag or handle bag machines

• Ability to understand machine manuals and basic settings

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods

• Team player with a sense of responsibility and punctuality

• Willingness to work 6 days a week
