Machine Operator

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team Crescenzia Wellness Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities

1. Printer Operation (CIJ Printer)

   • Operate and maintain Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printers for batch code, MRP, expiry date, and labeling.

   • Perform daily setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance of the printer.

   • Ensure high-quality and accurate printing on all packaging materials.

2. Purchase & Inventory Management

   • Handle procurement of raw materials (medical-grade silicone, etc.) and packaging items (cartons, labels, pouches, instruction manuals).

   • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate for cost, quality, and timely supply.

   • Maintain accurate records of vendor quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.

3. Procurement & Negotiation

   • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for raw materials and consumables.

   • Negotiate for best pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

   • Maintain vendor relationships and support cost optimization initiatives.

4. Quality Control Operations

   • Inspect packaging quality, label accuracy, and batch code legibility as per standards.

   • Support QC team in compliance with GMP / ISO standards.

   • Record, Analyze, and report deviations and corrective actions.

5. Compliance & Documentation

   • Maintain proper documentation of printing logs, QC checks, and inventory records.

   • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
