Role: Cricket Bowling Machine Operator

This is not just a ball-picking job – you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring smooth practice sessions for our clients and maintaining the BatBox energy on the field.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in daily practice sessions – ball collection, machine loading, net setup.

Operating modern bowling machines (training provided).

Interacting with clients and ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience.

Helping maintain the nets, equipment, and overall facility.

Supporting the team in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass (fresher welcome).

Easy-going and disciplined personality.

Basic communication skills to interact with players & clients.

A love for cricket (bonus point 🏏).

Willingness to learn and grow with BatBox.

👉 No prior experience required – full training given!

Perks & Growth:

Starting stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 (with growth up to ₹10,000 as you gain experience).

Some basic knowledge with professional-level cricket equipment.
