Key Responsibilities of a Plant Maintenance ITI Fitter:

• Routine Maintenance:

  Conducting regular inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs on machinery and equipment. 

• Troubleshooting and Repair:

  Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in mechanical systems, including identifying faulty components and replacing them. 

• Installation and Assembly:

  Assembling new machinery, installing new equipment, and ensuring proper alignment and functionality. 

• Preventive Maintenance:

  Implementing planned maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment. 

• Safety Compliance:

  Following all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. 

• Collaboration:

  Working with other maintenance personnel and production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
