Factory Supervisor

• Production and operations: Oversee all production activities, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation, to meet targets and deadlines.

• Staff management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate production staff; manage performance and conduct, and promote a positive and safe work environment.

• Quality control: Implement and enforce quality standards for finished products; conduct inspections, and work with quality control teams to ensure compliance.

• Budget and cost management: Develop and manage the factory budget, estimate costs, and identify strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

• Safety and compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, and implement necessary protocols and training for staff.

• Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of factory equipment and machinery, and organize repairs as needed.

• Reporting and strategy: Prepare and present production reports to senior management; analyze performance data to develop strategies for improvement and growth.
