1. Dispatch Management

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the dispatch of goods as per delivery timelines.

• Prepare and maintain dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Assign delivery orders to drivers or transporters based on route planning.

2. Coordination & Communication

• Communicate with drivers, transporters, and warehouse staff to manage dispatch activities.

• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure proper delivery.

• Handle customer queries related to shipment status and delivery timelines.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery challans.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, delivery status, and pending orders.

• Update ERP or tracking systems with dispatch details and status reports.

4. Monitoring & Tracking

• Track shipments and ensure deliveries are made within committed timelines.

• Handle delays, route changes, or delivery issues effectively.

• Monitor transport costs and optimize dispatch efficiency.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and handling of goods as per company and statutory guidelines.

• Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and regulatory compliance related to transportation.
