CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect components using instruments like bore gauge, vernier calliper, micrometre, and other gauges.

• Select correct CNC turning tools, inserts, and jaws for new setup components.

• Perform jaw selection and jaw boring for setup.

• Install tools and inserts on CNC machines as per requirements.

• Change inserts and tools as needed, based on tool life and wear.

• Carry out machine offset adjustments to ensure part accuracy.

• Inspect setup parts and ongoing jobs as per drawing and tolerances.

• Understand and inspection and machining.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S practices.

• Follow company safety rules and maintain machine cleanliness.
