Position Name – CNC Programmer Manager/CNC Head

Qualification – ITI Diploma/Mechanical Engineer/CNC Machinist certification

Experience – 5+ years of experience required as CNC Programmer/Senior CNC Machine Operator or CNC VMC Programmer or fanuc cnc programming or siemens CNC programming

Skills & Job Descriptions

CNC Machine Programming and Setup:
Develop and optimize CNC programs using software fanuc siemens.
programming, setup, and operation.
Experience with AutoCAD 2D and 3D and laser cutting CNC Operatoring and CNC Programming
Set up CNC machines (lathes, mills, routers) according to job specifications and engineering drawings.
Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and attachments.
Operation and Monitoring:
Operate CNC machines to produce parts within specified tolerances.
Diagnose and resolve CNC VMC machine issues, including mechanical, electrical, and programming problems.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance staff for more complex repairs and upgrades.
