Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced CNC Operators with intermediate-level skills to operate and handle CNC machines effectively. The ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and the ability to manage work-holding, tool offsets, and work offsets using Fanuc and Siemens controllers.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC turning or milling machines as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings accurately.
Perform work-holding setup, component alignment, and dialing operations.
Set and verify tool offsets and work offsets for different components.
Ensure all machined parts meet dimensional accuracy and surface finish standards.
Monitor machining parameters and make necessary adjustments for optimal output.
Conduct first-piece inspection and verify parts as per GD&T specifications.
Report deviations, tool wear, or machine issues to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow 5S practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent.
1–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC operation (Fanuc and Siemens controllers).
Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and measuring instruments.
Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.
