CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking skilled CNC/VMC Operators and CNC/VMC Operators Programmers (Siemens controls machine operation) for our Steel Valves etc manufacturing Production Line in Vasai East. The ideal candidates should have good experience in operating and programming CNC/VMC machines with a strong understanding of precision machining in the Production Line.

Requirements
1. CNC/VMC Operator Programmer

Experience: Minimum 5 Years
• Set up operate and program CNC/VMC machines (Siemens controls machine operation).
• Interpret technical drawings and Gcode programming.
• Perform tool adjustments and ensure machining accuracy.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor production quality and adhere to safety standards.

2. CNC/VMC Operator
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in CNC/VMC (Siemens controls machine operation)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC/VMC machines (Siemens controls machine operation).
• Load/unload workpieces and perform basic machine settings.
• Follow production schedules and maintain quality checks.
• Assist in tool changes and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Common Requirements for Both Roles
• Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or relevant certification.
Requirements
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of CNC machining tooling and precision measurement instruments (micrometers verniers etc..
• Working Experience with (Siemens controls machine operation).
