Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Okhla Phase II, New Delhi
Department: Manufacturing/Production
Job Timing: 12hrs of job timing in rotational shift (Mon to Sat)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components. The role involves reading blueprints, ensuring machine efficiency, and performing routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (Lathe, Milling, etc.) based on job specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Perform machine setup activities, including tool installation, calibration, and material loading.
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks and ensure parts meet required specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
Maintain accurate production records.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Setter.
Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines.
Knowledge of technical drawings and precision measurement tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with machine calibration and tool changes.
