Job Summary

The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing raw materials, finished goods, and inventory within the manufacturing unit. The role ensures proper storage, stock accuracy, timely material issuance to production, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain proper records of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and verify incoming materials
Ensure timely material issuance to production department
Maintain stock register, ERP entries, and inventory reports
Conduct regular stock audits / physical verification
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels
Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments
Supervise store staff and ensure discipline
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Prevent loss, damage, or theft of materials

Key Skills Required

Inventory management and stock control
Knowledge of ERP / Excel / stock software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team handling and supervision
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Good communication and coordination skills
