Civil draughtsman

We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Draughtsman to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D and 3D civil drawings and plans used in the design and execution of construction and infrastructure projects. This role involves close coordination with civil engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure drawings are compliant with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise civil drawings for site layouts, structural elements, roads, drainage, and utilities.

• Use AutoCAD and other CAD tools to create detailed construction drawings.

• Interpret technical specifications and engineering designs for drafting.

• Coordinate with engineers to incorporate structural, architectural, and service details.

• Maintain up-to-date drawing records and project documentation.

• Conduct site visits to gather measurements or verify design details when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsman ship.

• 2+ years of experience in civil drafting.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related drafting software.

• Good knowledge of building codes, municipal standards, and construction practices.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
