Job Title:• Real Estate Lawyer

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Real Estate Lawyer to handle legal matters related to property transactions, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure all real estate dealings are legally sound, minimize risk, and support business growth.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements (sale deeds, lease agreements, joint development agreements, etc.)

• Conduct due diligence on property titles, ownership, and legal clearances

• Handle land acquisition processes and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

• Liaise with government authorities for approvals, registrations, and permits

• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, disputes, and risk management

• Manage litigation matters related to property disputes, if any

• Ensure compliance with real estate laws such as RERA and other applicable regulations

• Support internal teams on legal aspects of projects and contracts

### Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus

• 3–7 years of experience in real estate or property law

• Strong knowledge of land laws, property registration, and regulatory frameworks

• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
