Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in manpower management, labour handling, or a related field

Job Description:

We are seeking a experienced Manpower Supervisor to join our team in Kalwakurthy, Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of labourers and ensuring smooth operations at our client sites.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of labourers at client sites

- Ensure labourers are aware of their duties and responsibilities

- Monitor labour attendance, performance, and productivity

- Handle labour-related issues and grievances

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations

- Maintain records and reports as required

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in manpower management or labour handling

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage and motivate a team of labourers

- Familiarity with labour laws and regulations

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry

- Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi languages
