• Age: 25 – 35 years

• Education: Open to all educational backgrounds

• Language: Basic English communication required

🛠 Roles & Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations in the food manufacturing unit.

• Arrange cartons, pack, seal, and label products as per packaging standards.

• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods.

• Operate basic factory equipment or conveyors under supervision.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the work area.

• Assist in material movement, stacking, and storage of inventory.

• Ensure proper handling of food items following company hygiene protocols.

• Report equipment issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the line supervisor or plant manager.
