Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, ensuring proper labeling, handling, and processing of specimens, while maintaining patient comfort and following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients (venipuncture, finger prick, heel stick, etc.).

• Verify patient information and match with laboratory requisitions.

• Label, store, and transport blood samples safely to the laboratory.

• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of equipment and work area.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

• Handle patients with care, ensuring minimum discomfort during sample collection.

• Manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies and report shortages.

• Assist with documentation, test forms, and electronic data entry.

• Adhere to infection control and biomedical waste disposal protocols.

• Provide support to doctors, nurses, and lab staff as required.
  
  Vanacy 2; Clinical Support Assistant / Multipurpose Worker (MPW)

  Location: Kalyan /Dombivli

  Timing: 2 to 10
  Qualification: HSC- Science , B.sc

  Job Summary

  The Clinical Support Assistant / MPW will assist doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff in daily clinical and non-clinical activities. The role includes providing basic patient care, maintaining cleanliness, supporting ward/clinic operations, and ensuring smooth patient service delivery.
  

  Key Responsibilities

  Assist doctors and nurses in routine patient care.

  Help in shifting, moving, and positioning patients safely.

  Provide support in OPD, ward, emergency, or diagnostic areas.

  Assist in maintaining patient records, reports, and files.

  Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in the work area.

  Support in distribution of food, medicines, and other patient needs.

  Escort patients for investigations or procedures.

  Handle basic administrative and clerical work (if required).

  Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per guidelines.

  Carry out any other duties assigned by doctors/nurses/administration.
