Phlebotomist - Home Collection

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform home visits to collect blood and other diagnostic samples from patients.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples to the lab.

• Maintain accurate patient and sample collection records.

• Follow all infection control protocols and hygiene practices.

• Provide a courteous and professional experience to patients during visits.

• Ensure timely reporting and coordination with the lab and support teams.

• Use digital tools/apps for appointment tracking and reporting (if applicable).

Qualifications & Experience:

• DMLT/MLT/BSC MLT/ BMLT.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in diagnostics or healthcare (home collection preferred).

• Knowledge of sample handling, transportation, and safety protocols.

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Should have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).

Additional Requirements:

• Must be punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable using mobile apps for task updates (if required).

• Willing to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends.
